Lend a Hand. Change a Life.

Where We Work

When disaster strikes, the most vulnerable are always the first to suffer and the last to be reached. CDF deploys immediately medical camps, medicines, and trained teams directly into the heart of affected communities. Because in a crisis, every hour without care is an hour too long.

Transforming Good Intentions into Good Actions

Across Pakistan’s most forgotten regions, Charity Doings Foundation has spent years closing the gaps that systems leave behind — free diagnostics for families who could never afford them, clean water reaching communities where it was once a half-day’s journey away, homes rebuilt from rubble, and children with diabetes who never miss a dose.

Our livelihood programs have placed economic independence into the hands of hundreds of women and families who simply needed someone to believe in them. We have responded to floods, droughts and disasters with the same quiet conviction — that dignity is not a privilege, and that compassion, practised with purpose, has the power to change a life permanently.

Projects by Region

CDF operates across the diverse landscapes of Sindh, Punjab, South Punjab, KPK, Balochistan and beyond deploying integrated medical camps, clean water systems and sustainable food programs directly into the heart of underserved communities. From our high-impact diagnostic labs in Balochistan to climate-resilient kitchen gardens in Sindh, every pin on our map represents a promise of dignity, evidence-based action and a commitment to building self-sustainability where it is needed most. We do not simply respond to crisis – we embed ourselves in communities, listen to their needs and co-create solutions rooted in local wisdom and global evidence.

Whether it is the flood plains of the south or the mountains of the north, we remain steadfast in our belief that geography should never determine who deserves care, clean water, food security and hope.
