Sustainable Food Production
Since 2022, our flagship sewing and stitching program has been transforming the lives of women in Sindh. At our dedicated training center, we provide comprehensive training in the art of sewing, empowering women with a valuable, marketable skill.
Women learn everything from basic stitching and cutting to measuring, pattern-making, and finishing garments to a professional standard. The training gives them the confidence to take orders from neighbours, sell clothes in local markets, or find work with tailoring businesses. Because they can work from home, many women can earn without leaving their children or household duties behind.
The skill stays with them for life, and many go on to teach it to daughters and other women in their community. A steady income from sewing helps families pay for food, school fees, and healthcare, and gives women a stronger voice in household decisions. Your support helps us train more women and turn a single skill into lasting independence.

Communities Built Around Sustainability
An organic village is more than a place where food is grown without harmful practices. It represents a wider approach to community wellbeing—one that considers food, livelihoods, health and the environment together.
Through sustainable community initiatives, CDF seeks to encourage practical knowledge, local participation and responsible use of natural resources. The long-term goal is to help communities develop healthier and more resilient ways of living.
