Who We Are

About our Organization

Mission Statement

Charity Doings Foundation exists to bridge the gap between suffering and dignity by delivering integrated - community-driven and evidence-based healthcare, clean water, emergency relief, food security, climate resilience, animal welfare and sustainable livelihoods to Pakistan’s most underserved communities - human and animal alike in one-health perspective. We work to create lasting impact, strengthen resilience and restore dignity where it is needed most. Our commitment extends beyond temporary aid. We partner with communities, governments and donors to build systems, strengthen local capacity and ensure that every person and every life - has access to the dignity they deserve.

Our Vision

We envision a future where no one suffers from preventable disease or thirst - where families enjoy food security through their own kitchen gardens, where communities withstand climate shocks with resilience, where humans and animals coexist in health and compassion and where sustained, dignified livelihoods empower generations to come. Through our integrated programs from free diagnostics and clean & safe drinking water to animal rescue and disaster response, we strive to build systems that outlast aid and serve as sustainable needs. We see a nation transformed not by charity alone but by equity, evidence and the enduring strength of its people.

Our Values

At Charity Doings Foundation, dignity is the foundation of everything we do. We believe every human and every animal deserves to live with respect, safety and care. We work to protect that dignity in the communities we serve. We act with compassion, responding with empathy and urgency to those facing poverty, illness, disaster and neglect. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, remaining transparent, accountable and responsible with every resource entrusted to us. And we believe change happens with communities, not for them - so we listen, co-create and share ownership at every step.

Our work is guided by evidence and impact. We use data and continuous learning to design, measure and improve our programs. We build for sustainability - strengthening local systems, capacity and resilience so that progress outlasts our presence and no longer requires our integration. “Self-Sustainability in Action!”

A message from our CEO

While many speak about change, our volunteers, team members and donors live it every day. At Charity Doings Foundation, I have the privilege of witnessing ordinary people doing extraordinary things -standing between suffering and dignity for those who have nowhere else to turn.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you place in us. Your generosity has enabled CDF to bring free diagnostics to remote communities, build kitchen gardens that feed families with dignity, restore access to clean water, respond to disasters and rescue animals who share our streets and our struggles. Together, we are proving that compassionate, evidence-driven action can transform lives – human and animal alike. We choose to work where systems are weakest and hope feels furthest away. That is precisely where your support matters most. Every contribution, every shared post, every conversation about our work helps us strengthen local capacity, invest in sustainable solutions and move communities closer to self-reliance.

Thank you for walking this path with us. For believing that Pakistan’s most underserved communities deserve more than survival – they deserve dignity, health and opportunity. With your continued support, we will keep closing the gap between “What is alike and what is possible.”

Our Core Values

01

Dignity

Every human and animal life deserves respect, safety and care. We ensure that those we serve are treated not as beneficiaries but as people with inherent worth and agency.

02

Compassion

We respond with empathy and urgency to people in crisis and neglect. Our work is driven by genuine care for the suffering we witness and a commitment to standing with the most vulnerable.

03

Integrity

We are transparent, accountable and responsible with every decision and rupee. We build trust through honesty, ethical practice and stewardship of the resources entrusted to us.

04

Community First

We work with communities, not for them - listening, co-creating and sharing ownership. Real change emerges when people shape solutions that affect their own lives and futures.

05

Evidence & Impact

We use data and learning to design, track and improve what we do. Our programs are rooted in measurable outcomes, continuous improvement and the rigorous pursuit of meaningful change.

06

Sustainability

We build solutions that last - strong systems, local capacity and long-term resilience. Our goal is progress that outlasts our presence, enabling communities to thrive independently.

07

One Health

We protect the interconnected health of humans, animals and the environment. We recognize that true well-being cannot be achieved by serving one-being at the expense of others.

08

Equity

We prioritize those most underserved, ensuring fair access to basic rights and opportunities. We believe that dignity and development should never depend on geography, wealth or circumstance.
