All of the misfortunes that fall upon a person, such as homelessness, poverty, and hunger show even worse colors when they befall innocent children who are physically & mentally incapable of providing for themselves owing to their immaturity and gullibility. This is why helping orphans is of special importance in Islam. There are more than four million orphaned children in Pakistan, excluding the thousands that are not documented yet. These children, deserving of good care and education, are left homeless and helpless. The children that are supposed to be our future cannot imagine a good one for themselves.

With a lack of proper reach of the government relief system for the disabled and the diseasestricken, there are many cases of despairing individuals in need of help and guidance for future
prospects. The medical support projects aim not only to empower these individuals in order for them to be able to gain a level of independence and confidence, but more importantly aims to
serve as a means to elevate the social stature of the society as a whole, making it aware of and empathize with this unfortunate group of people.
The unfortunate souls suffering from physical disabilities and diseases, will feel the prayers and hopes of thousands wishing for their success, and sharing their strength to lead them towards the light of a better tomorrow – one where the skills and potential of everyone is realized, appreciated and utilized for the greater good. And thus, beyond the gates of social
empowerment and emotional support, lies the road to progress! And thus Sahara – support – is the wheel enabling us a nation to walk that road!
